Product Description
G40 MegaSpan roof and wall panels are prefinished interlocking, 20-gage steel panels capable of spanning long unsupported distances. The unique structural design, using the ancillary deck clip, allows the panels to be under hung from the roof structure, providing a prefinished, weather tight, uninterrupted roof and ceiling surface in just one panel.
Roll formed under controlled conditions in our Arlington, WA manufacturing facility, the exacting quality is replicated in each panel. The parameters of panel width, depth, length and paint quality are closely monitored to assure consistency throughout the structure.
Each panel has a protective, strippable film applied in the roll form process to the exposed surfaces, limiting the exposure of the finished surface to scuffing, road film, etc.
